Sports Academy – Participant Guidelines
- Enrolment is open for various sports offered by the academy and is subject to eligibility criteria and medical fitness.
- Regular attendance and punctuality are encouraged for all training sessions.
- Participants must always follow the instructions of coaches and academy staff.
- Appropriate sports-specific attire and footwear are compulsory during training sessions and events.
- Participants should avoid bringing expensive gadgets or valuables, as the academy will not be responsible for their safekeeping.
- Participants are expected to maintain respectful behaviour towards coaches, officials, teammates, and opponents at all times.
- Any injury, discomfort, or health-related concern must be reported immediately to the coach.
- The academy will not be responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions or prescribed training protocols.
- Selection for teams, matches, or competitions will be based on performance, discipline, and attendance.
- Academy fees are requested to be paid on or before the communicated due date to ensure uninterrupted participation in training sessions.
- Parents are requested to respect coaching decisions and refrain from sideline coaching.
- The academy reserves the right to modify schedules, training plans, sports offered, or guidelines in the best interest of participants.
- Players must produce proof of registration/booking receipt if required. Players must also produce proof of age if required.
- Unless participating in an organized activity, a player may not play Pickleball/Tennis for more than two consecutive sessions.
- Not more than 4 players per court booking will be permitted.
- Children under the age of 11 are not permitted to play Pickleball/Tennis unless they are playing with or supervised by a Coach or Concerned Person.
- Pickleball/Tennis court bookings will be for sessions of one-hour duration.
